Part information

Part # 37608 does not come with the proper plug for the bleeder valve, which causes power steering fluid to shoot across the garage.

Bad parts

Bought a Thermostat for my cummins 6.7 and it was not the right one and was bad wouldnt open in boiling water and over heated my truck and now I have more problems

Terrible parts

My son purchased a rebuilt engine for his jeep the thing didn't get back from the shop 22 miles knocking. After some time it was replaced. His family situation changed with his wife's commute so he sold the jeep. The next per son had trouble four months and less than 5,000 miles later. No help because he didn't buy the motor. 5,000 miles or less. Do not ever buy a motor from these people they dare JUNK!!!!!!

Detective Axle

Bought an axle for my 2006 VW GTI at Advance Auto . Axle is defective per repair shop. Its under 90 day warranty return. Have receipt. Am original owner. Contacted store manager. She wasnt aware of Warranty Return only store return. Wants to give me a store credit instead of full refund. Please help.

Bad business practices

Went to the Stratford Ont store for parts. The manager John and the parts' person were kissing and feeling each other up. I was ignored. Then when he did serve me he was rude, like I inconvenienced him. When I got angry he offered me a discount if I paid cash. I took my business else where.d

Rude customer service. Manager making out with a counter person. John i think is his name. He was so rude. Like I interrupted him. Then I get offended by it and he offers me my parts at a discount if I pay cash. I will no longer deal there.

Absolutely disgusted the way they treat employees

They allow managers to treat employees like complete dirt. You can never get ahold of the general manager, and HR always sides with awful managers. Unreal!

Not following COVID guidelines

The Carquest at 34928 McMurtery Ave ran by the manager Casey, does NOT FOLLOW Covid guidelines. This store is not safe and does not require employees or customers to wear masks inside.

Pour service over them coved-19

with this pandemic going on its kind of hard to pay bill.. also I'm not to happy about the company in Kodiak.. if you want to run up mouth then talk to me in person.. not to your employees..

Terrible customer service by owner Rich

The owner does have any customer service. We order over $3000.00 per month. He uses foul language and cant have a adult conversation. He said go to my competitor I dont want to do any business and you can call whoever you want cause I dont give a shot.

I paid for 4 core charges on 4 calibers for my Chevy avalanche and only received 3 refunds out of 4 when I returned the old cores. I don't recommend doing business with this company

There is no reason why they are keeping my refund. I have been ripped off. Shady business

I was told my purchase was a lifetime warranty. They told me to take it Advanced to exchange and this was in February. They told me I could only exchange once? That is not a lifetime warranty! This is a rip off
